I utilize Internal Family Systems, EMDR, Exposure Response Prevention, and KAP to help clients who have experienced trauma or struggle with anxiety, OCD, depression, or relationships. I find it important to use a "you" centered approach, that molds an individualized therapeutic experience to your values, strengths, and goals.
I am here to help you identify and address cycles and patterns. I want to provide a sanctuary for your healing and processing.
I love to work with all types of people! And have recently really enjoyed working with folks who struggle with OCD and rumination.

In the words of Mary Oliver, “Whoever you are, no matter how lonely, the world offers itself to your imagination.” You have the ability to get to know yourself fully and to create a life that you love by directly engaging with all of the different parts of yourself, especially those cloaked in shame.
I primarily work from an Internal Family Systems (IFS) model, integrating Brainspotting and Somatic Experiencing techniques, but I adapt my approach to meet the unique needs of each client. I value diversity and ensure that my work is identity-affirming for all.
